Founder & Principal Architect

Ar. Vinod Singhi is the Founder and Principal Architect of BASICS Architects. An alumnus of SPA Delhi and UNSW Sydney, he holds a Bachelor's degree from SPA, Delhi, and a Master's degree in Construction Management from UNSW Sydney. With 25 years of experience, he understands how to balance time, cost, and quality in building projects. His strong knowledge of construction systems ensures that design ideas are effectively turned into reality.

A respected voice in the design community, Vinod frequently serves on design juries and delivers guest lectures at leading institutions such as SPA Delhi and Vastu Kala Academy. He has been an invited speaker at industry platforms like the India Design Forum and FOAID (Festival of Architecture & Interior Design), where he shares insights on sustainable architecture and design innovation.

He is an active member of the IIA, IIID, COA, Rotary Club, JITO, and Round Table India—committed to both professional excellence and social impact.

Ar. Ranju Singhi, Co-founder and Principal Architect at BASICS Architects, is an alumna of JNEC Aurangabad with over 25 years of experience in architecture and interior design. Her extensive professional journey has shaped the foundational values of the firm—design clarity, collaborative processes, and sensitivity to context.
