The design balances space efficiency with user comfort, moving away from typical high-density layouts. Smaller clusters of desks offer privacy, reduce noise, and boost productivity. Recreational areas are spread across both floors, ensuring easy access from any desk. Two courtyard-style lounge spaces under large skylights act as focal points, furnished with mid-century style furniture and lush plants. These areas enhance the outdoor feel and flood natural light into surrounding spaces, creating a calming atmosphere. This approach aligns with biophilic office interiors principles.

Natural light enters through louvered windows and large glazed openings. Glass partitions allow light to pass through the entire office, supporting a transparent work culture. Smart lighting systems and energy-efficient workspace designs reduce energy consumption. The material palette focuses on sustainable office interior design and user well-being. Grey carpeting, white walls, and exposed RCC ceilings create a neutral shell, highlighted by vibrant indoor plants and pops of colour. Smart technology features like motion sensors and automated climate control enhance efficiency.

The design reflects Fybros’ values and has helped shape them further. Sustainability, collaboration, and well-being are now lived daily experiences. The Holistic Habitat redefines what a workplace can feel like in today’s fast-paced world.
