Basics Architects association with Mayo College started in the year 2004. The first project undertaken for Mayo College was the remodeling, renovation, and adaptive reuse of a heritage building and boarding house, Ajmer House.
The successful completion of the project led to a long-term association with the school for another 8 years. Seven (7) other heritage buildings were renovated during this period namely Jodhpur House, Rajasthan House, Jaipur Hous, Kashmir House, Bharatpur House, Bikaner House, and Tonk House. Various new buildings were designed and built during this period along with various infrastructure projects in the 187-acre campus.
