Experience & Qualifications
- B.Arch / M. Arch from a recognized institution
- 5+ Years of project experience working in an established architectural firm
- Excellent communication skills, Fluent in English – spoken and written
- Strong conceptual and design skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to lead and manage a team of designers and consultants
- Software proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3DS Max (or any other industry-standard modeling software), Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualizing and designing projects
- Managing a team of architects, consultants, vendors and contractors to deliver a project to completion
- Liaising with clients, producing and delivering presentation pitches
- Actively monitoring and driving deliverables
- Mentoring new architects
